ระบบวินิจฉัยคุณภาพของงานวิจัยก่อนเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ข้อ คือ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบวินิจฉัยคุณภาพของงานวิจัยก่อนเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ และ (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของระบบวินิจฉัยคุณภาพของงานวิจัย การวิจัย เชิงปริมาณ ตัวอย่าง คือ รายงานวิจัย จำนวน 10 เรื่อง ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวิจัย จำนวน 9 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ทำหน้าที่ประเมินผลงานทางวิชาการและจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณทางวิชาการ จำนวน 10 คน และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ (คณบดี หัวหน้าภาควิชา/ผู้อำนวยการหลักสูตร และอาจารย์ที่ยื่นขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ) จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบวินิจฉัยคุณภาพของงานวิจัย แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของระบบ และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ พัฒนาระบบ ทดลอง และสรุปผล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ส่วนเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาโดยการใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ประเด็นหลักและรอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระบบวินิจฉัยคุณภาพของงานวิจัยก่อนเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ มีลักษณะเป็นกระบวนการ 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เลือกชิ้นงาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 วินิจฉัยอาการ และขั้นตอนที่ 3 รายงานอาการ และ (2) ระบบวินิจฉัยคุณภาพของงานวิจัยก่อนเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean = 2.77, SD = 0.24) และมีประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean = 2.85, SD = 0.24)
