การบรรเทาความขัดแย้งตามแนวทางสันติวิธีของพระไพศาล วิสาโล

นับตั้งแต่อดีตเป็นต้นมา ประเทศไทยผ่านวิกฤตความขัดแย้งมาโดยตลอด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความขัดแย้งทางด้านสังคม ความเชื่อ ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม รวมถึงความขัดแย้งทางด้านการเมือง การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการบรรเทาความขัดแย้งและสร้างความปรองดองด้วยหลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนาตามแนวคิดของพระไพศาล วิสาโล โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จากการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์พระไพศาล วิสาโล ตลอดจนนักวิชาการที่มีความรู้ด้านหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวคิดของพระไพศาล วิสาโล เป็นแนวคิดที่นำวิธีการ “สันติวิธี” และวิธีการแบบ “อหิงสา” มาใช้ควบคู่กับหลักธรรมะ ซึ่งแนวคิดทั้งสองวิธีอาศัยความสงบ ความไม่รุนแรงในการแก้ไขปัญหา โดยใช้พิจารณาสภาพความเป็นจริงที่เกิดขึ้นโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขา คือ ศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา และต้องใช้แนวคิดเชิงรับ คือ หลักขันติธรรม ความอดทนอดกลั้น ร่วมกับแนวคิดเชิงรุก คือ หลักสามัคคีธรรม และแนวคิดพื้นฐานเรื่องพรหมวิหาร 4 คือ ความเมตตากรุณา
