Design of application prototype for second-hand business have objectives to study the needs of buyers and sellers regarding the functions of a second-hand clothing application through the core processes of Design Thinking and aims to develop a prototype application for second-hand clothing business. The researcher identified a knowledge gap concerning trading behaviors on online second-hand clothing platforms, indicating a need for further investigation. This study employed in-depth interviews with two sample groups: (1) eight online second-hand clothing sellers in Thailand, and (2) eight online second-hand clothing consumers in Thailand. The data gathered from these interviews were analyzed to inform the design, utilizing Design Thinking principles as the primary framework. Research findings are divided into two parts (1) key factors and elements The study revealed that critical components for prototype design include features enhancing seller credibility, clear product display interfaces, and an overall design provides a positive user experience (2) Application prototype design researcher utilized the collected data to design the User Interface and develop a prototype. This prototype was subsequently evaluated by the target audience and two experts, to improve the prototype’s usability and completeness. This research provides practical knowledge in applying Design Thinking to the second-hand clothing industry, defining system requirements and establishing a user interface prototype.
