Abstract

The four objectives of the research were (1) to study the factors of organizational excellence and management guidelines for the organization of excellence for the petrochemical industry business of PTT Public Company Limited, (2) to study the organizational factors of excellence affecting the organizational characteristics of excellence for the petrochemical industry business of PTT Public Company Limited, (3) to study the factors of organizational excellence and the organizational characteristics of excellence affecting the corporate management guidelines of excellence for the petrochemical industry of PTT Public Company Limited, and (4) to find a model for organizational management for excellence For industrial businesses Petrochemicals under PTT Public Company Limited.This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative data was collected by questionnaires from a sample of 400 people and qualitative data from a sample of 40 people with in-depth interviews with middle executives from department managers and above. In the petrochemical industry, affiliated with PTT Public Company Limited.

The research results were found that Model of organizational management to excellence for affiliated petrochemical industry, PTT Public Company Limited comprises important guidelines for excellent corporate management according to the National Quality Award criteria. It consists of the three most important factors: (1) personnel (2) operational results, (3) customer relationship management. The key factors and characteristics of an organization of excellence include the challenging goal setting factor and the organizational structure factor. The results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that the interconnection factor variables throughout the organization had the greatest influence on organizational excellence. As for the organization-wide strategy management factor and the operational commitment factor, it has the greatest influence on organizational excellence.
