Development for Human Capital Management

The objective of this article is to present the concept of human capital development in the organization to have knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies in the competition which are factors that encourages the organization to achieve its goals according to the strategies laid down. Theses factors comprises 1) creating competitive advantage and 2) human capital development to be competent. The competitive ability requires a strategic plan and these strategies consists of (1) good human resource management system, (2) creating value for human resources, (3) making human resources difficult to find, and (4) making human resources difficult to imitate. These four factors would help in the development of human capital in the organization in order to be competent in the competition. Therefore, the development of human capital to be competitive is important to allow human resources to be developed and have knowledge, skills and capacity building for themselves, which results in the organization to survive and grow sustainably forever.
