Abstract

          The study aims to study 1) Study the Factors level of Human Resource Management of Toyoda Gosei Thailand CO., LD. 2) Study correlation between human resource management and organization commitment of personnel of Toyoda Gosei Thailand Co., LTD. The research tool is a questionnaire to use with simple consists of 392 instant Personnel of Toyoda Gosei Thailand CO., LTD. The Statistics uses for data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient. The research result found that 1) human resource management was high. 2) Organization commitment was high. For hypothesis testing, 1) recruitment is in low level correlation between organization commitment 2) training is in high correlation between organization commitment 3) welfare is in medium correlation between organization commitments. 4) appraisal is in medium between organization commitments
