Abstract

          The purposes of this research are to find out the Factors Affecting Organizational Commitment of The Staffs: A Case Study of The Garment Co., Ltd. The sample are consisted of 286 officers working at the Garment Co., Ltd. Research instruments is questionnaire. Statistical analysis for percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test, One way ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The results of study are as follows: 1) Different personal factors, including gender, age, marital status, and work experience, there was no difference at the level 0.05 hypothesis as follows. 2) Different personal factors, including level of education, there was difference at the level 0.05 hypothesis as follows.3) Maintaining the relationship with the Engagement, there was difference at the level 0.05 hypothesis as follows. From the above study results, It is especially useful to the development of our employees love and commitment to the organization more. This will result in better efficiency and effectiveness in the management of the Garment Co., Ltd.
