บทคัดย่อ

This research aim  1) to synthesize the process strengthening responsible behaviors toward the Organization based on Buddhist psychology of  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University’s staffs in the Northeast; 2) to study the process strengthening responsible behaviors toward the Organization of staffs having the best performance at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in the Northeast; and 3) to present the process strengthening responsible behaviors toward the Organization based on Buddhist psychology of Mahachulalongkorn rajavidyalaya University’s staffs in the Northeast.

          The findings were as follows:

1. Haring reliable behaviors, adversity, hard-working, discipline, ideology, responsibility, being trusted, and recognition

2. Self-understanding, others understanding and reaction upon surroundings. Moreover, a theory of Maslow was also used in the process strengthening responsible behaviors toward the Organization of staffs having the best performance.

3. The Psychological model used form the applied activities of the third steps of Namthip Viphawin including self-confidence, determination and contribution to the achievements integrated with Buddhism, It has got the four models of the process strengthening responsible behaviors toward the Organization including 1)being generous; 2)being polite; 3)being considerate; and 4)being friendlily warm.
