บทคัดย่อ
The objectives of this research were to 1) study satisfaction of the
customers towards the efficiency of the medical and public health service unit in
Thamaka District, Kanchanaburi Province 2) compare the satisfaction of the
customers towards the efficiency of the medical and public health service in
Thamaka District by personal characteristics and 3) study the customers’
additional opinions and suggestions about efficiency development units of the
medical and public health service units in Thamaka District. The research sample
was 384 customers. The data were collected by a questionnaire and were
analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
