บทคัดย่อ

Research on the development model of good teachers, good teachers of basic education. Objective 1) To study the features smart  teacher of basic education 2) To study the smart teacher development model of basic education and 3) To evaluate the smart  teacher  model of basic education. The basic study consisted of two stages: Stage 1 features advanced studies teacher, teacher of basic education and teacher education, teacher development model of basic education. The population in this research is that teachers in basic education. Office Area Elementary Abbottabad District 1, 2nd Year in 2559 of 3,896 people to the two-stage evaluation model developed teacher, teacher of the basic school population in this research is the director of the facility. basic education Primary Educational Service Area Office Abbottabad District 1, year 2559 amount 352 people.

          The research found that

          1) The second feature is a good teacher is to occupy and dominate their jobs brilliantly featured five main development of teachers, the ability to create. Curriculum development and teaching materials, teaching ability, the ability to measure and evaluate learning and the ability to solve problems.

          2) The development model  influence of  smart  teacher  characteristics make it a sort of descending below to create a mentoring system. To influence the development or achievement. With  a 0.317 coefficient training to influence or achievement in development with a coefficient of 0.424 and a clinical supervisor. To influence the development or achievement with a coefficient of 0.258

          3) Developing teacher evaluation forms and three forms of training and clinical supervision and establishing a mentoring system Is appropriate and possible implementation in many formats.
