บทคัดย่อ

       The purposes of this study were (1) to determine the factors and indicators of leadership model on co-learning school Administrators 2) to create the leadership model on co-learning school Administrators. Samples were experts in Co-Learning School Administrators. Delphi technique was used for data assessment from the 21 experts and focus group interview was conducted with the 8 experts. Moreover, the researcher assessed the opinions by using the questionnaire from 120 experts who are 60 school administrators and 60 school teachers. Statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, median, and interquartile range. The findings revealed that:
        (1) The Experts strongly agreed with the six factors of leadership model on   co-learning school Administrators including visions, role model, the pioneering support, find new generation, communication skills, and attitudes toward changes.
        (2) The evaluation of 120 school administrative opinions, overall found that their satisfaction were at high rate (= 4.72)
