Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Organizational Learning School under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Are Office II

This research had two objectives: (1) to study the configurations of Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Organizational Learning School under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Are Office II and (2) to establish the forming of Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Organizational Learning School under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Are Office II.
Samples were twenty-nine specialists of administrative network in schools that they were separated in two groups. The first group was 21 specialists for Delphi Technique. The second group was 8 specialists for focus group. The sample was 136specialists who were selected by purposive sampling for responding the questionnaire. The tools of this research were the questionnaires and interview forms about Administrative Network of Knowledge Management in the schools. The statistics were mean, standard deviation, median, and semi-interquartile range.The findings were presented as follows:
(1) the configurations of Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Learning School under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Are Office II consisted of five components including schools, parents, school’s committee, community, and religion organizations.
(2) The forming of Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Learning Organizational School under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Are Office II used five administrative management network principles. The five principles included schools, parents, school’s committee, community, and religion organizations. The findings revealed that the community component was in the highest mean score, then followed with religion organization, schools, parents and school’s committee respectively. The 136 specialists’ perspectives on a possibility in applying Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Learning Organizational School were in high expectation score and the forming of Administrative Network of Knowledge Management Model for Learning Organizational School had high expectation score of appropriateness and possibility.
In conclusion from the research is a form of network management, learning to organizational learning. The five elements are the following elements: the school, the parents. The Committee on Basic Education Community and religious organizations.
