บทคัดย่อ

This research combined with quality and survey research for study quality of management academic affairs at Phrae campus. The tools of research were survey research and interview. The sample group of this research was 226 students and 45 interviewer of Phrae campus.

            The opinion of students about service quality of academic affairs division was found that:  1) Academy and research aspect overall was at the high level (µ =3.52,         s=.92),  considering in each aspect was found that most of opinion was at the high level and the moderate level respectively, 2) Registrar and evaluation aspect overall was at the moderate level (µ =3.41,s = .91), considering in each aspect was found that most of opinion was at the moderate level, 3) Library and information technology aspect overall was at the high level (µ =3.75, s = 1.00), considering in each aspect was at the high level.

            The result of in-depth interview the personnel of Phrae campus was found that:  1) academy and research aspect, academic affairs had  good service about academy and research, trained new comer for seminar about the academic writing and sent to Wangnoi for research, management funds for classroom research and research system, 2) Registrar and evaluation aspect, the officer had good service, understood about their duty, gave good advice and more information for students by using one stop service, 3) The library and information technology aspect, the officer had good service quickly, but the book arrangement was not completed and diversity, the officer was a very good served and properly, the library arrangement should be awakened to the world and open on time.
