Finance Management Budget Effective of Mahachulalonkonrajvidyalaya University, North Campus

บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this research were to 1) To study problem a barrier in budget management of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Northern campus, 2) To study the efficiency in budget management of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Northern Campus and 3) To offer the strategy in budget management of Mahachulalong- kornrajavidyalaya University, Northern Campus. The target group of interview focus to 20 administrators of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phrae campus, Chiang mai campus, Prayao campus and Nan Buddhist College by descriptive analyze.
       The results showed that 1) A problem and barrier in budget management of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Northern Campus found the planning limited of budget management have 2 problems are inside and outside. The outside limitation such as barriers of outside influential, the deficiencies of budget and sagging of students. Those problem have effective to the budget managements 2) the efficiency in budget management of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Northern Campus found the efficiency management should have plan for managing the budget, analyze strong and weak in budget management, review and evaluated in budget strategy in each sections to achieve the mission, vision and objective. 3) The offering strategy in budget management of found that the strategy was using by administrators in Northern campus is PDCA such as Planning, Doing, Checking and Acting. In case of plan proceeding problem should focus on the urgent and using good governance principles on checking transparent, accountable and fair
