This research examines family cohesion in pre-cadets compared by year in order to find correlation between family cohesion and lifelong learning. The sampling consists of 1,151 pre-cadets from Year 1 to Year 3 in the second semester of academic year 2014. The two-step stratified sampling was used. Descriptive statistics, and One-way analysis of variancewere used to analyze the data. We find that (1) 8 components are in the balance: emotional ties, relationship boundary, spending time together, family solidarity, personal space, involvement in decision making, interests and recreation while the level of friendship is not balanced but is rather high and (2) when each year is compared with one another, we find that the difference is statistically significant in three components: family solidarity, personal space and involvement in decision making at .01 and .05.
