THE METHOD AND PROCESS FOR CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN THERAVADA

บทคัดย่อ

       This study of the process and method for conflict management in Theravada Buddhism consists of 3 objectives, i.e., (1) to study the process and method for conflict management in Theravada Buddhist Scripture; (2) to study the process and method for conflict management in Thai Sangha; and (3) to comparatively study the process and method for conflict management in Theravada Buddhist Scripture and Thai Sangha.
       Research has found that there is a consistent and varied issue that relate to the following:- 1) what kind of the problem 2) the tool used to deal with the problem 3) the empowered to enforce tools 4) the subject or problem into consideration process 5) the process of review and 6) how to enforce the sanctions.
        From this research, the researchers believe that the issues that are of interest to those involved in this matter, both on the part of the Thai Sangha and the National Buddhism Office was supposed to review the study. Understand and recognize the importance of the problems in society is subject to improvements. Solutions in the monastic community throughout the process, the process suspends a thin. Using legal methods, in accordance with God's discipline.
