TEMPLE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR STABILITY ON BUDDHIST

บทคัดย่อ

      The purposes of this article were to study concept and the pattern of temple management, and to propose strategies of temple management for stability of Buddhist. Content analysis was used for data analysis from related research and literature review. Results showed that the changing of management system was needed for temple management in appropriated period of time. Even Buddhist teaching was needed to adjust the pattern of propagation.  The method for the best temple management should follow by six aspects of temple development such as Sangha administration, ecclesiastical education, Buddhist propagation, Buddhist constructions and reparations, education support, and public welfare. It was also combined with “Pun-ja-Boriharn” (Five Management). These six aspects and Pun-ja-Boriharn” were being used as strategies of temple management for stability of Buddhist which emerged to Buddhist faithfulness, Buddhist preservation, having Buddhist followers, and applying Dhamma in daily life.
