THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE THREEFOLD TRAINING TO A DUTY OF TRAFFIC POLICE MUANG KHON KAEN POLICE STATION

บทคัดย่อ

      The objectives of this research were:  1) to study the conduct level based on the Threefold Training in work practice of Traffic Control Police, Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station, 2) to study the work practice level of Traffic Control Police Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station, and 3) to study the relationship between the conduct level based on the Threefold Training, and the work practice of Traffic Control Police, Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station. This is quantitative research. The samples in this study were 84 Traffic Control Police Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station. The research instrument was the Questionnaire. The statistic consisted of Descriptive Statistic including the Frequency and Percentage.  Using the Parameter to find the Mean (µ), Standard Deviation (σ), and Inferential Statistic including the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.  
       The research findings found that:  
           1) The  Conduct  Levels  based  on  the  Threefold  Training  in Work Practice of Traffic Control Police, Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station, in overall and each aspect, were in “High” level.
            2) The  Work  Practice  Levels  of  Traffic  Control  Police,  Khon Kaen   Provincial  Police  Station,  in  overall  and each aspect,  were in “the Highest” level.
            3) The  Relationship  between  Conduct based  on the  Threefold Training, and Work Practice of Traffic Control Police, Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station, shown as follows:
                 3.1) There was positive relationship between Conduct based on the Threefold Training, and Work Practice of Traffic Control Police,  Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station at .05 significant level which was supported the hypothesis. The relationship was in “Very High” level.
                  3.2) There was positive relationship between Conduct based on the Threefold Training (Religious Precept, Concentration, and Wisdom), and the Work Practice of Traffic Control Police, Khon Kaen Provincial Police Station at .05 significant level which was supported the hypothesis. There was “High” relationship with the Religious Precept and Concentration aspects. There was “Very High” relationship with the Wisdom aspect.
