DITTHADHAMMIKATTHASAMVATTANIKADHAMMA-BASED PERFORMANCE OF THE OFFICIAL IN KHON KAEN PROVINCIAL OFFICE

บทคัดย่อ

    The thesis, "Ditthadhammikattha-sanvattanikadhamma-based Performance According of the official In Khon Kaen Provincial Office" had purposesto study a personal factor, to study and compare the Ditthadhammikatthasanvattanikadhamma-based performance and to study a way to develop the Ditthadhammikattha- sanvattanikadhamma-based performance of the official In KhonKaen provincial office. This was a mixed method: a quantitative research and a qualitative research. The sample was 191 of the official In Khon Kaen provincial office by using questionnaire for data collection. The data analysis was done in the computer. The statistics for the data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA and the least significant difference (LSD).The qualitative research was dealt with the in-depth interview to collect all detail from five key informants and the Content Analysis was presented in a descriptive form.

          A result of this study was found in the following aspects.

          The Ditthadhammikattha-sanvattanikadhamma-based performance according of the official In KhonKaen provincial office as a whole and each aspect was in the high level. All aspects were orderly organized from the high to the low: Kalyānamittatā (good friends), Utthānasampadā (effort), Ārakkhasampadā (good preservation), and Samajivitā (sufficient life).   A way to develop the Ditthadhammikattha-sanvattanikadhamma-based performance was in the following aspects. 1) In the effort aspect, the official ought to organize the training course to train the officers for efficient performance. 2) In the good preservation, the officials ought to make the official conscious of keeping the public property. 3) In the aspect of good friends, the officials ought to be conscious of the team working, and having a good relationship in the service and coordination. 4) In the aspect of sufficient life, the officials ought to introduce sufficiency economy to the official to live properly in daily life.
