RAJA-SANGAHAVATTHU-BASED ADMINISTRATION OF THE NONTHONG MUNICIPALITY, NAYUNG DISTRICT, UDONTHANI PROVINCE

บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this research were to study a way to develop, Raja-sangahavatthu-based administration and to study and compare the Raja-sangahavatthu-based administration of the Nonthong Municipality, Nayung district, Udonthani province.

     This was a qualitative research in a way of the in-depth interview and a quantitative research in the form of questionnaire. The interview was done from five administrators in the Nonthong Municipality, Nayung district, Udonthani province. Then, the collected data was taken to create the questionnaire. The collected date from and 359 persons as samples this questionnaire was analyzed in Statistical Package for the Social Science. The statistics for data analysis was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA, and least significant difference (LSD).

          A result of this study was found that the administrators had the following ways to develop the Raja-sangahavatthu-based administration of the Nonthong Municipality, Nayung district, Udonthani province. In the agricultural promotion, the administrators ought to train the agriculturists according to the King Rama IX’s new theories of agriculture, support them with a proper budget, search a new market, and search a way to produce a new product from an agricultural product by means of technology. The administrators ought to promote the efficient people by searching the personnel who followed a system of morality, impartiality, transparency and examination, assessing the outcome of the personnel’s work truly, organizing an activity to praise a good model of the community, and promoting the education in the community. In the promotion of occupation, the administrators ought to train people according to the social want, give them a new, wider view about the occupation and make them in a group to develop the occupation. In the aspect of polite speech, the administrators ought to make the personnel produce the useful speech with consciousness of polite speech, friendly behavior, and welcome to all people, describe and introduce them to useful things.

    The people’s opinion on the Raja-sangahavatthu-based administration of the Nonthong Municipality was generally in the middle level ( = 3.06) and People who had different ages, education, and occupation had different opinion on the Raja-sangahavatthu-based administration of the Nonthong Municipality, Nayung district, Udonthani province. This result followed the specified hypothesis. However, people who had different sexes and salary had indifferent opinion on the Raja-sangahavatthu-based administration of the Nonthong Municipality, Nayung district, Udonthani province. This result denied the specified hypothesis.
