The Effects of Guidance Activities Based on States of Conciliation for Enhancing Human Relations for Mathayom 2 Students at Rajavinit Mathayom School Bangkok

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study effects of Guidance Activities Based on States of Conciliation for Enhancing Human Relations. 2) to study the experimental group’s opinions toward the Guidance Activities Based on States of Conciliation. This research was quasi – experimental research. The population were 434 Mathayom 2 students, the 2012 academic year. Purposive sample was used. The experimental group was 40 students who studied in Mathayom 2/7. The experimental group participated in the guidance activities for 8 sessions, 50 minutes per sessions. The instruments used in this research were divided into two categories: 1) Tools used in the experiment that is guidance activities for enhancing Human Relations. 2) Tools used in collecting data that are a measure of  Human Relations, the Student’s Learning Record at the end of each session and the Students’s Opinions Questionnaire towards the Guidance Activities Based on States of Conciliation and the researcher. Mean, Standard Deviation, Paired–Sample t–test were utilized for analyzing data.

      The results indicated that 1) after participating in the guidance activities, the posttest scores from the Human Relations of the experimental group was higher than pretest scores which meant that the Guidance Activities Based on States of Conciliation could develop Human Relations of Mathayom 2 students at Rajavinit Mathayom School. 2) the experimental group reported that after participating in the Guidance Activities Based on States of Conciliation, the students have a lot of abilities in helping each other and sharing their goods with each other. They are polite, have good manners and a good attitude. They are also able to adapt themselves and gather together on various occasions.
