การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของพระสังฆาธิการ Development of Chief Abbot’s Leadership

บทคัดย่อ

      The purposes of this article were to study the leadership’s pattern and related Dhamma, to study the best practice of chief abbot’s leadership, and to propose the way to develop chief abbot’s leadership. Content analysis was used for data analysis from related research and literature and summarized body of knowledge from the synthesis. Results showed that the possible leadership’s pattern was an integrated leadership who used seven Suppurisa-dhamma for self-practicing. Two case studies were presented for the best practice which included the leadership of Somdej Phra Maha Thirajarn (Niyom Thanissaramahathera) and the leadership of Phraraj Dhammasopon (Champee Chantadhammo) from Roi-et region. Three aspects were introduced for the way to develop chief abbot’s leadership which followed by the principle of self management, people management and job management. First aspect was to use seven Suppurisa-dhamma for self-practicing. Second aspect was to be an integrated leadership as people management. The last one of management was the six aspects of sangha’s role which consisted of sangha administration, ecclesiastical education, Buddhist propagation, Buddhist constructions and reparations, education support, and public welfare.
