นวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนเชิงพุทธ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายและสังเคราะห์แนวคิด นวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงพุทธในชั้นเรียน โดยอาศัยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบูรณาการหลักธรรมสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา ได้แก่ อริยสัจ 4 และมรรคมีองค์ 8 เข้ากับทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้สมัยใหม่ อาทิ การเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) การเรียนรู้โดยการค้นพบ (Discovery Learning) การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (Problem-Based Learning) และแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง บทความมุ่งเน้นการออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง การสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้เรียน ครู และบริบทแวดล้อม เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนอย่างรอบด้านทั้งด้านความรู้ กระบวนการคิดขั้นสูง และคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่สอดคล้องกับสังคมร่วมสมัยผลการสังเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่า หลักพุทธศาสนาสามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นกรอบคิดเชิงระบบ (Systematic Framework) ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจปัญหาอย่างลึกซึ้ง ตั้งแต่การระบุปัญหา การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ การกำหนดเป้าหมาย และการวางแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเป็นขั้นตอนอันนำไปสู่การพัฒนาทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ การสังเคราะห์ และการประเมินค่า ซึ่งเป็นสมรรถนะสำคัญในศตวรรษที่ 21 นอกจากนี้ ผู้เขียนเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงตรรกะที่สะท้อนความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างทรัพยากร แนวคิดหลัก กระบวนการเรียนรู้ และผลลัพธ์ทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว พร้อมตัวอย่างกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่บูรณาการหลักพุทธเข้ากับสถานการณ์จริง และการประเมินผลแบบ K–P–A เพื่อประเมินผู้เรียนอย่างครอบคลุมนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงพุทธจึงเป็นแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาที่สร้างสมดุลระหว่างปัญญา คุณธรรม และทักษะชีวิต ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นพลเมืองโลกที่มีความรับผิดชอบ มีคุณธรรม และสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติในสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
