This research investigates the significant challenges faced by multicultural meditation practitioners, including financial instability, interpersonal disputes, and the pressures related to adapting to diverse cultural environments. The primary objective was to develop a meditation framework that is inclusive and addresses these particular multicultural pressures.

The study employed a systematic technique, integrating comprehensive questionnaires and detailed conversational analysis to identify practitioner needs, ultimately merging Buddhist precepts with multicultural adaptation. The "Mindfulness Wisdom and Loving-kindness" (MWL) model was created through this process and was based on the Buddhamahametta Foundation. This process led to the creation of the "Mindfulness Wisdom and Loving-kindness" (MWL) model, which was based on the Buddhamahametta Foundation. Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening, and Loving-kindness Meditation are only a few of the nine exercises in the MWL program. These activities were meticulously crafted to transcend language and religion. The results show that the MWL model met the research goals by showing that participants' mental health and resilience improved a lot.

This shows that the MWL model is a good technique to improve well-being in multicultural contexts and can be used by many people.
