บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาที่ยั่งยืนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้เรียนตามแนวทางพระราชทานอารยเกษตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้เรียนตามแนวทางพระราชทานอารยเกษตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาที่ยั่งยืนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้เรียนตามแนวทางพระราชทานอารยเกษตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยวิเคราะห์เมทริกซ์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น ครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การบริหารและจัดการ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การมีส่วนร่วม การประเมินผล การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง คือ สถานศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการอารยเกษตร สืบสาน รักษา ต่อยอด ตามแนวพระราชดำริเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงด้วย “โคก หนอง นา แห่งน้ำใจและความหวัง” สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 102 แห่ง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 102 คน และครูแกนนำอารยเกษตรในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 102 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 204 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้เรียนตามแนวทางพระราชทานอารยเกษตร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ด้วยร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีการจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น และทำการวิเคราะห์เมทริกซ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งสภาพปัจจุบัน ( = 3.61) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ (
= 4.21) 2) ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุดลำดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนรู้ (PNImodified = 0.41) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร (PNImodified = 0.18) ด้านการประเมินผล (PNImodified = 0.16) ด้านผู้มีส่วนได้เสียและด้านการมีส่วนร่วม (PNImodified = 0.11) และด้านการบริหารและจัดการ (PNImodified = 0.08) ตามลำดับ 3) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาที่ยั่งยืนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้เรียนตามแนวทางพระราชทานอารยเกษตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยวิเคราะห์เมทริกซ์ พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในส่วนที่ 3 คือ มีการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับควรปรับปรุงเร่งด่วน
