การประเมินศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาศักยภาพของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุทัยธานี 2) ศึกษาความพร้อมของการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และ 3) ศึกษาการวิเคราะห์ SWOT Analysis ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลจากนักท่องเที่ยวจำนวน 400 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ศักยภาพของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุทัยธานี พบว่านักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 51-60 ปี และไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์ท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร จุดประสงค์หลักของการเดินทางคือเพื่อท่องเที่ยวและพักผ่อนกับครอบครัว ศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวมีจุดเด่นด้าน สิ่งดึงดูดใจ รองลงมาคือที่พัก และด้านที่มีศักยภาพน้อยที่สุดคือ กิจกรรมภายในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว 2) ความพร้อมของการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร พบว่านักท่องเที่ยวให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โดยเฉพาะภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น วิถีชีวิต วัฒนธรรม และสภาพแวดล้อมที่ร่มรื่น ทั้งยังต้องการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ที่พักที่มีคุณภาพ และกิจกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์ 3) การดำเนินกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร (SWOT Analysis) พบว่า จุดแข็งคือความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน จุดอ่อนคือการขาดการออกแบบตราสินค้าและความต่อเนื่องจากการเปลี่ยนผู้บริหาร โอกาสคือการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและความสะดวกในการเดินทาง ส่วนอุปสรรคคือภาวะเศรษฐกิจและสภาพอากาศที่ไม่เอื้ออำนวย
