บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และดัชนีการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมืองแม่ฮ่องสอน และ 3) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมืองแม่ฮ่องสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้าฝ่ายปฐมวัย และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 127 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์จากโรงเรียนเป็นศูนย์ปฐมวัยต้นแบบ ประจำอำเภอ หรือโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศด้านปฐมวัย รวมทั้งสิ้น 11 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive selection) และกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และความเหมาะสม รวมทั้งสิ้น 9 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive selection) เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ และแบบตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสรุปบรรยายแบบพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพปัจจุบัน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.49) ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.96, S.D. = 0.19) สำหรับค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับ ความต้องการจำเป็น โดยภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.175 (PNImodified = 0.175) และผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความถูกต้อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100
