บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างสื่อมัลติมิเดีย เรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน และ 3) ศึกษาความสอดคล้องระหว่างผู้ประเมินชิ้นงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน 40 คนจากประชากร 159 คน ที่เรียนวิชาการงานอาชีพ ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของสื่อมัลติมีเดีย แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อมัลติมีเดีย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าประสิทธิภาพของสื่อมัลติมีเดีย E1/E2 ตามเกณฑ์แบบ 80/80 และค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างผู้ประเมิน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สื่อมัลติมีเดียเรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน วิชาการงานอาชีพ แบ่งเป็น 6 ตอน โดยมีความเหมาะสมด้านเนื้อหาและด้านด้านสื่อการสอนและเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.90 2) ประสิทธิภาพของสื่อมัลติมีเดียเรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน มีค่าเท่ากับ 80.50/85.25 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์การประเมินประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 3) การประเมินค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของผู้ประเมินในภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.99 แสดงว่ามีความสอดคล้องกันมาก และความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสื่อมัลติมีเดียเรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด งานวิจัยนี้ มีข้อเสนอแนะให้จัดทำสื่อการสอนสำหรับหน่วยการเรียนรู้อื่น ๆ ในวิชาการงานอาชีพ และศึกษารูปแบบการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาการเรียนและคุณลักษณะของผู้เรียนวิชาการงานอาชีพ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของหลักสูตร
