การตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสภายใต้พลวัตของทุนชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาปรากฎการณ์การตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี 2) วิเคราะห์ทุนชุมชนที่มีต่อการตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี และ 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสภายใต้พลวัตของทุนชุมชนใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ เก็บข้อมูลจากแม่วัยใส จำนวน 30 ราย คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก ร่วมกับการสังเกต และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ส่วนการพัฒนาแนวทางการตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสภายใต้พลวัตของทุนชุมชนใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มีส่วนร่วมได้แก่ แม่วัยใส ครอบครัวของแม่วัยใส ตัวแทนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น ผู้นำชุมชน สถานศึกษา สาธารณสุข องค์กรท้องถิ่น ใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี จำนวน 20 คน ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1.การวางแผน 2.การดำเนินกิจกรรมและการสังเกตผล และ 3.การสะท้อนผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม เก็บข้อมูลโดยสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสังเกต และประเมินพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. กระบวนการเข้าสู่การเป็นแม่วัยใสของแม่วัยใสใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) ก่อนการเข้าสู่การเป็นแม่วัยใส 2) การเป็นแม่วัยใส และ 3) หลังการเป็นแม่วัยใส การตั้งรับของแม่วัยใสแบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มคือ แบบสู้ แบบหนี และแบบยอมรับสภาพปัญหา ส่วนการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสแบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่มีทักษะการปรับตัว กลุ่มที่มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และกลุ่มที่มีทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการแก้ปัญหา 2. ทุนชุมชนที่มีต่อการตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใส ประกอบด้วย 3 ทุน ได้แก่ ทุนมนุษย์ ทุนสถาบันและทุนภูมิปัญญาและวัฒนธรรม 3. แนวทางการตั้งรับและการยืนหยัดของแม่วัยใสภายใต้พลวัตของทุนชุมชนใน อ.บ้านโป่ง จ.ราชบุรี ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างสัมพันธภาพและความไว้วางใจกับแม่วัยใส 2) การดูแลสุขภาพใจและสุขภาพกายของแม่วัยใสผ่านทุนชุมชนเพื่อโอบอุ้มสร้างพลังใจ และ 3) การสร้างมุมมองและทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเป็นแม่วัยใสเพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี การขับคลื่อนแบบทุนชุมชนทั้ง 3 ทุนอย่างองค์รวมจึงทำให้แม่วัยใสเกิดกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาโดยทุนชุมชนอย่างองค์รวม ทำให้แม่วัยใสให้ดำเนินการตั้งครรภ์ต่อไปและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี
