บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน โดยแบ่งการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครู 353 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบยืนยันโปรแกรมฯ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง 3) ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมฯ โดยความสมัครใจของครู 30 คน 4) ประเมินโปรแกรมฯ โดยครู 30 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.90 แบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์มีความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.92 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ 3) ประเด็นการสัมมาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) แบบสอบถามความเป็นไปได้ 5) แบบทดสอบ 6) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม 7) แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์ และ 8) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น และคะแนนพัฒนาการสัมพัทธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานสภาพปัจจุบันปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 2) โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 2.1) หลักการ 2.2) วัตถุประสงค์ 2.3) เนื้อหา 2.4) แนวทางการพัฒนา และ 2.5) แนวทางการประเมิน ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด 3) กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีคะแนนพัฒนาการสัมพัทธ์ 85.96 มีพัฒนาการสูงมากและพฤติกรรมหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา 4) โปรแกรมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์มากที่สุด และความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด
