การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนิเวศการเรียนในโรงเรียน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมส่งเสริม การอ่านที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 3) เพื่อประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 24 คน ครู 24 คนและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คนได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลรูปแบบกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1.1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 1.2) ด้านการสร้างทีมงานเพื่อขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียน 1.3) ด้านการจัดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้และระบบนิเวศ การเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 1.4) ด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน 1.5) ด้านการพัฒนานวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน 1.6) ด้านการกำกับติดตามและประเมินผล 2) รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 2.1) องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2.2) องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ด้านการสร้างทีมงานเพื่อขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านในโรงเรียนมี 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2.3) องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ด้านการจัดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้และระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน มี 8 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2.4) องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2.5) องค์ประกอบที่ 5 ด้านการพัฒนานวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านมี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2.6) องค์ประกอบที่ 6 ด้านการกำกับติดตามและประเมินผลมี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย 3) ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ พบว่า มีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากและ มีความเป็นไปได้ในการปฏิบัติจริงอยู่ในระดับมาก
