The Buddhist Integration for Human Resource in 21st Century

Abstract

This paper is intended to propose Buddhist Integration for human Resource in 21st century. To achieve the objectives, this paper has to investigate the development of human resource those who have potentiality for driving to the goal. Thailand should develop knowledge, skill, and good attitude, efficiency in working, responsibility, and good intention. By development on these categories, human can develop organization and society under the globalization which changes rapidly in the present. The Buddhist Integration is important to drive human mind to grow with wisdom that he can see the truth by using Sila (morality), Samathi (meditation), and Panya (wisdom). The Buddhist integration is the model of development for human resource in both body and mind. It is helpful to drive to society to achieve sustainable development. According to Buddhist integration, it can provide happiness and advance quality of people in 21st Century.
