บทคัดย่อ

The following research is aimed towards the study of problems inherent to the
Buddhist Integration on a Model of Developing Leadership in Business Women, the study
of Dharma principles on Developing Leadership of Business Women, and to present the
Buddhist Integration on a Model of Developing Leadership of Business Women
The research on the Buddhist integration on a model of developing leadership for
business women found that ways of development from the research in modern sciences
and Dharma principles can be integrated in 4 dimensions which are personality
development, behavioral development, mental development, and the development of
wisdom. All four dimensions have the characteristics of development beginning with
personality development, which plays a dominant role in leadership of business women as
personality is the apparent reflection of the values of a well-trained and developed
women.
Behavioral development, which is the development of designing the
communication inside the organization with the intent of establishing positive
communication and creating a work environment which stimulates determination and
inspiration for employees, thus motivating said personnel to handle conflicts and work
together peacefully. Mental development, resulting in good mental health with enough
responsibility to manage work without having a tendency of becoming dishonest. Wisdom
development, composed of an understanding of problems based on Critical Reflection
(Yonisomanasikāra), thinking creatively and innovatively to assist in the progression of the
organization, stimulating employees inside the organization to think positively and creating
good results in order to develop the organization.
