การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพสังคมผู้สูงอายุองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพสังคมและสังเคราะห์แนวทางการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพสังคมในผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นผู้สูงอายุเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 236 ครัวเรือนและผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย จำนวน 27 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกึ่งโครงสร้างและการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีระดับการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพทางสังคมผู้สูงอายุมีระดับภาวะสุขภาพทางสังคมด้านกายภาพ จิตใจ และสังคมโดยรวมเฉลี่ยระดับมาก ( = 2.71± 0.47, 2.63 ± 0.94 และ 2.34 ± 0.60 ตามลำดับ) ทั้งนี้ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียเสนอแนะแนวทางการเสริมสร้างสุขภาพทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนโดยการสร้างทัศนคติของคนหนุ่มสาวให้เห็นคุณค่าของผู้สูงอายุและพัฒนากิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างอาชีพเสริมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
