วยาคติต่อผู้สูงอายุของประชากรวัยทำงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี: ผลจากแบบวัด The Fraboni Scale of Ageism (FSA)©

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวัดระดับวยาคติหรือทัศนคติทางลบต่อผู้สูงอายุของประชากรวัยทำงานที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 - 59 ปี ในจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการกำหนดโควตาตามสัดส่วนของกลุ่มอายุประชากรวัยทำงาน จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดวยาคติ คือ Farboni Scale of Ageism (FSA) ของ Maryann Farboni และใช้สถิติพรรณนาในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าประชากรวัยทำงานในจังหวัดชลบุรีมีคะแนนระดับวยาคติโดยเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 66.61 คะแนน (S.D. = 8.11 คะแนน) โดยมีค่าคะแนนต่ำสุดอยู่ที่ 38 คะแนน คะแนนสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 86 คะแนน โดยร้อยละ 86 มีระดับวยาคติต่อผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และร้อยละ 14 มีระดับวยาคติอยู่ในระดับต่ำ และไม่มีวัยทำงานที่มีวยาคติระดับสูงเลย
