บทคัดย่อ

การสร้างเสริมคุณค่างานบริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาความสามารถด้านทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนของผู้ให้บริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพควบคู่กันไปงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนของผู้ให้บริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ
ในอำเภอขนอม จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช 2) พัฒนาคู่มือสองภาษา (ภาษาอังกฤษ – จีน) เพื่อการสื่อสารสำหรับผู้ให้บริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพและ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อคู่มือสองภาษาสำหรับผู้ให้บริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยคือ ผู้ให้บริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพจำนวน 60 คน ใช้การสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามปัญหาและความต้องการคู่มือสองภาษาภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีน แบบประเมินคู่มือสองภาษา แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ และ แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัญหาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของผู้ให้บริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ ในอำเภอขนอม จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชในทุกทักษะอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 4.01) ปัญหาการใช้ภาษาจีนในการทำงานโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 4.96) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการในการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 4.15) โดยทักษะการพูดเป็นความต้องการสูงสุด
( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 4.73) ความต้องการในการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาจีนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 2.86) โดยมีความต้องการในพัฒนาการพูดภาษาจีนมากที่สุด ( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 3.60) ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจคู่มือสองภาษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( $gif.latex?\dpi{150}&space;\fn_cm&space;\bar{x}$ = 4.05) ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้ยังสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการจัดอบรมภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนเพื่อใช้ในการทำงานในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพได้
