The relationship of language, cognition and culture

The purpose of this study is to synthesize the Eastern and Western research on language, cognition and culture in order to find a conclusion for the relationship of these three aspects. It was found that language, cognition and culture were closely related. The speakers of each language possessed the different conceptualization or cognition that caused the differences in the ways of thinking and world views. Also the result showed that the speakers in each culture or community had their own language governed by the culture.
