Abstract

The objective of this research was to study condition of equipment; satisfaction of students toward the service of communication arts laboratory and guidelines for developing of the services of communication arts laboratory in faculty of Management Science , Pibulsongkram Rajabhat  University. Sampling group were 226 bachelor's degree students who study in the communication arts program in faculty of Management Science , Pibulsongkram Rajabhat  University. Instrument used for data collection was a recording form list Equipment in communication arts, questionnaire with 5 rating scales and recording focus group form. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The findings were as follows: 1) Most equipment of communication arts laboratory is a computer for editing. It is in ready condition. The duration of use is between 8-10 years. 2) Overall, students were satisfied with the service of the communication arts laboratory at a high level (  4.17). The highest level of satisfaction was found in buildings and environment in the laboratory (  4.55). Second, the performance of laboratory staff (  4.29), service in the laboratory (  4.00) and the use of tools and equipment (  3.84). 3) Guidelines for developing of the services of communication arts laboratory in faculty of Management Science , Pibulsongkram Rajabhat  University are the subject should develop a manual and the tool guide, schedule the use of the laboratory, make a speech label in the laboratory and encourage laboratory staff to further study in knowledge and new skills.
