Publication Ethics
Journal of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University Emphasis is placed on maintaining the highest ethical standards in publishing. Therefore, all parties involved must strictly abide by the principles and standards of ethics in publishing as follows.
Roles and duties of the editor and editorial team
1. The editor and editorial team are responsible for considering and reviewing every article submitted for publication to the journal. By considering the consistency of the content of the article with the goals and scope of the journal. Including checking the quality of articles in the article quality assessment process before publication.
2. Editors and editorial staff must use the principles of reviewing articles based on academic reasons. and must not be biased towards the researcher and the articles under consideration in any case
3. Editors and editorial staff must not have a conflict of interest with researchers or experts. Whether for business purposes or for use as your own academic work.
4. Editors and editorial staff must not block, change, or interfere with information exchanged between experts and researchers.
5. Editors and editorial staff must strictly follow the journal's processes and procedures.
The role of the researcher
1. Articles that researchers submit for consideration for publication in the journal must be articles that have not been published or published anywhere before.
2. Researchers must make accurate references every time they present other people's work or cite it in their own article content. and must not copy other people's work.
3. If the researcher's academic work involves the use of animals, participants, or volunteers or the research results have issues that are vulnerable to the informant Researchers should act according to ethical principles. Strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations. Including consent must be obtained before collecting data or presenting relevant documents, such as a certificate from the Ethics Committee for Research on Humans or Experimental Animals, every time.
4. The researcher must agree to transfer copyright to the journal before publication. and do not distribute the work or publish it with other sources after it has been published with humanities and social science journals. Graduate School Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University
5. The name of the researcher appearing in the article must be the person who actually participated in the article.
The role and duty of experts evaluating articles
1. Experts must not have a conflict of interest with the researcher. Consideration of the quality of the article must be based on the quality of the article. and consider based on academic principles and reasons without bias or personal conflicts.
2. Experts must realize that they are experts. Have true knowledge and understanding of the content of the articles being evaluated.
3. Experts must not take advantage of the articles they have evaluated.
4. If the expert examines and finds that the article being evaluated It is an article that copies other works. The expert must notify the editor immediately. Ready to show clear supporting evidence.
5. Experts must maintain the evaluation period according to the evaluation time frame specified by the journal. Including not disclosing information about the article to others.
