Analysis of travel expenses of the Faculty of Management Science. Fiscal year 2016

Abstract

This research The objective of this study was to study the disbursement results and the problem of travel expenses for government service. of the Faculty of Management Sciences for the fiscal year 2016 by analyzing the disbursement report and from interviews with lecturers and staff to write reports on government service. The results showed that Personnel development budget disbursed 187,248 baht or 91.44 percent. Accommodation expenses that are eligible for authorization but are actually disbursed. From the project management, the disbursement was 330,861 baht, or 89.42%. The problems found were Estimated fuel cost but the actual disbursement according to the receipt Student supervision, disbursement of 148,098 baht or 93.14%. The problems found were Fuel from the contracting of vans that are estimated according to the place of supervision but actually disbursed according to the receipt, Study tour of teachers, disbursement of 123,970 baht or 93.21%. Non-Refundable Allowances and Accommodation because some teachers cannot travel Study tour students had disbursement of 399,750 baht, or 98.94%, with disbursement according to the plan for almost every branch due to the disbursement of expenses of teachers who control the trip. The rest of the budget will be used to form a car rental contract for students.
