Structure and Relationship between Corporate Governance of Thai Commercial Banking and Corporate Value

Abstract

     The purpose of this research aim to investigated the structure and relationship between corporate governance of Thai commercial banking and corporate value. The quantitative method was used 11 banks as instrument for collection data. The instrument of data was being analyzed by using maximize, minimize, mean values and standard deviation. Simple data regression analysis was used to analyze and test research hypotheses.

     The results have shown that corporate governance on participant of duality chief executive officer was not duality of the board of director at 94.50 percent. The empirical study reveals that the experience of executive director, the number of the broad director, the portion of independence committee on the board director and the number of audit committee variables shown significantly and positively related with corporate value.
