Abstract

The purposes of the study were to Study 1) the Perceptions of current conditions and expectations of teachers and students in the implementation of the mission of the Faculty of Management Sciences Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. 2 ) Compare the difference between perception of the current state and expectations of teachers and students towards the implementation of the mission of the Faculty of Management Science Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University and 3) the relationship between perceptions of current conditions and expectations of teachers and students towards the implementation of the missions of the Faculty of Management Sciences. Pibulsongkram Rajabhat UniversityThe study showed that : Instructors have an awareness of the current state of operations in accordance with the mission of the Faculty of Management Sciences. Phibulsongkhram Rajabhat University as a whole moderate and had high expectations.For students, there is an awareness of the current conditionand expectations for the implementation of the mission of the Faculty of Management Science. Phibulsongkhram Rajabhat University as a whole moderate. Comparison of differences between perceptions of current condition and teacher's expectation on mission performance of Faculty of Management Sciences, Phibulsongkhram Rajabhat University as a whole between gendered sample groups. teaching experience and group of disciplines found no difference and students' expectations towards the operation found that gender, field of study, and educational level were not different.Perceptions of current conditionsthere was a positive correlation with expectations. In the future of the professor towards the implementation of the mission of the Faculty of Management Science Phibulsongkhram Rajabhat University as a whole with a statistically 1 significant level of 0.01with a correlation coefficient of 0.492, which was a low level.Forstudents, Perceptions of current conditions has a positive correlation with Future expectations of students towards the implementation of the mission of the Faculty of Management Sciences Phibulsongkhram Rajabhat University in general with a statistically significant level of 0.01with a correlation coefficient of 0.881, which was at a high level.
