การให้น้ำหนักความสำคัญกับปัจจัยในการเลือกผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์สำหรับนำเข้าส่งออกของสินค้าแปรรูปทางการเกษตร ในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาน้ำหนักความสำคัญในการเลือกใช้บริการขนส่งสินค้าแปรรูปทางการเกษตรระหว่างประเทศ ช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสCOVID-19 กรณีศึกษาพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เริ่มจากรวบรวมปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องจากงานวิจัยที่ผ่านมาร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก รวมทั้งการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อคัดเลือกปัจจัยที่เหมาะสม จากนั้นพิจารณาค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญของปัจจัยด้วยกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ ซึ่งมีการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง พบว่า ด้วยสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปการบริการเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดในมุมมองผู้ใช้บริการขนส่ง รองลงมา คือ ความยืดหยุ่น เนื่องจากผู้ใช้บริการต้องการการขนส่งหลายรูปแบบที่สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามความเหมาะสม ส่วนอัตราค่าใช้บริการมีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับกลาง โดยทำเลที่ตั้งและความน่าเชื่อถือมีการให้น้ำหนักความสำคัญเป็นอันดับสุดท้ายตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้เมื่อได้ผลการศึกษาแล้วจึงดำเนินการเสนอแนวทางแก่ผู้ให้บริการทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ต่อไป
