โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของสมรรถนะผู้นำยุคใหม่ โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา ในประเทศไทย : การวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะผู้นำเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของสมรรถนะผู้นำยุคใหม่ในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม 2) วิเคราะห์บทบาทของสมรรถนะผู้นำเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน 3) ทราบข้อมูลเชิงลึกและข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีในการวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นตามแนวคิดทฤษฎี โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณกำหนดแบบสอบถามจำนวน 408 ตัวอย่างกับผู้นำและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลเฉพาะพื้นที่เขตภาคกลาง จำนวน 20 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของสมรรถนะผู้นำยุคใหม่ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ให้ความสำคัญด้านความสามารถบริหารจัดการความสัมพันธ์ และการพัฒนาตนเองของผู้บริหารด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณกับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ต่อการบริหารพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสู่ผู้นำยุคใหม่ของโรงเรียน ได้แก่ สมรรถนะผู้นำด้านภาวะผู้นำ การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง และ การบริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ขณะที่ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ได้แก่ผู้นำด้านการบริหารจัดการความสัมพันธ์ มีความสำคัญในระดับมาก และการบริหารพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้บริหารเป็นผลความสัมพันธ์ทางตรงจากภาวะผู้นำ การพัฒนาตนเอง และระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของผู้บริหาร 2) สมรรถนะผู้นำมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงอิทธิพลกับภาวะผู้นำและการพัฒนาตนเองของผู้บริหารที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการศึกษาเป็นผลจากผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล โดยผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผู้นำแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้บริหารโรงเรียนด้านการบริหารวิชาการและการบริหารงบประมาณที่มุ่งการพัฒนาตนเองมีผลต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณ การบริหารบุคคล และการบริหารทั่วไป และ 3) การบริหารพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้นำยุคใหม่ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงอิทธิพลกับการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ภายใน-ภายนอก และการบริหารประกันคุณภาพที่มุ่งพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้นำการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุกับการบริหารวิชาการ งบประมาณ และบุคคล
