รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคปกติใหม่ หลังวิกฤตโควิด 19 ของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา

การระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ที่ผ่านมาทำให้การศึกษาทั่วโลกต้องปรับตัวครั้งใหญ่เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชน เพื่อให้การศึกษาดำเนินไปได้ ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความสนใจที่จะศึกษา โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบผสมผสานระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็น 3) สร้างและพัฒนา 4) ประเมินรับรอง การดำเนินการวิจัยมี 4 ระยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 596 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยวิธีพรรณนาวิเคราะห์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระยะที่ 1 ได้องค์ประกอบ 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) สื่อการเรียนการสอน 3) กระบวนการเรียนรู้ 4) การวัดผลและประเมินผล 5) การนิเทศ 6) แหล่งเรียนรู้ 7) ระบบประกันคุณภาพ 8) การวิจัยและพัฒนา และ 9) การวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ระยะที่ 3 การสร้าง และพัฒนารูปแบบ ได้องค์ประกอบ 1) ชื่อรูปแบบ 2) หลักการของรูปแบบ 3) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 4) วิธีดำเนินการ 5) เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ 6) แนวทางการประเมิน และ 7) ระบบงานและกลไก ระยะที่ 4 ประเมินรับรองคู่มือรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการ พบว่าโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยสรุปการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคปกติใหม่หลังวิกฤตโควิด 19 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้บริหารควรให้การสนับสนุนครู บุคลากร งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีการบริหารจัดการผ่านกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยใช้กระบวนการ PAOR
