ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION MODEL IN THE NEW NORMAL AFTER THE COVID-19 CRISIS OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOL, GENERAL EDUCATION DIVISION.

Abstract

The recent COVID-19 pandemic has caused education around the world to make major adjustments to develop children and youth. In order for education to continue, researchers are interested in studying it. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The objectives are: 1) Study the components. 2) Study the current condition desirable condition and necessary needs. 3) create and develop. 4) evaluate and certify. The research has 4 phases. Sample group: 596 people. Obtained using a multi-stage random sampling method. The tools used were questionnaires, interview forms, and group discussion recordings. And assessment form. Statistics used in the research include percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The index of essential needs is qualitative data analysis using a descriptive analysis method.

            The research results found that: Phase 1 got the elements 1) curriculum development. 2) teaching media. 3) learning process. 4) measurement and evaluation. 5) supervision. 6) learning resources. 7) quality assurance system. 8) research and development. And, 9) work planning Academics. Phase 2 Study the current condition and desirable condition Overall, it is at a moderate level. The first necessity index value is the Development of the learning process Phase 3 Creating and developing formats got the elements. 1) Name of the model, 2) Principles of the model, 3) Objectives of the model, 4) Procedures, 5) Conditions for using the model, 6) Evaluation guidelines, and 7) Work systems and mechanisms. Phase 4: Evaluate and certify the academic administration model manual in the new normal era after the COVID-19 crisis. Overall, it is appropriate. There is a possibility and is useful at the highest level. In summary, for academic administration in the new normal era after the COVID-19 crisis to be effective, administrators should support teachers, personnel, budget, materials, equipment, and related technologies, and manage through action research processes using the PAOR process.
