Trend of changes in global and social, the analysis of National Strategy (2018-2037), The 13th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2017-2021), The National Educational Plan (2017-2036), trends and direction in educational administration in Thailand 4.0 critique.
At present, The Strategy on Eco-Friendly Development and Growth aims to achieve sustainable development in terms of manifesting a healthy society, economy, and environment, implementing good governance. Comparing to Thailand, education administration aims to managing education to improve quality of life based on environmentally – friendly approaches. However, there is no clear or driven model for managing education to improve quality of life based on environmentally – friendly approaches of schools and action plan in promoting green values in education. It is necessary to develop driven and cascading to schools for effective education management towards green values and green economy.
