CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION IN THE DIGITAL AGE OF THE FOUNDATION CHURCH OF CHRIST IN THAILAND

The purpose of this research article is to study conditions and guidelines for school administration in the digital age of the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand is a qualitative research study. By studying the theory of Systems Theory of (Kimberly, 1979; Miller & Rice, 2013) to synthesize them into a research framework. The key informants are School directors and deputy school directors from 4 divisions, 5 schools, totaling 25 people, using a specific selection method (Purposive Selection). The research instrument was Semi-structured interviews Data were analyzed using content analysis and written descriptive narratives. From research it was found that
- Academic administration The use of technology and online learning is supported in the teaching and learning process. Data is being used to improve effective learning processes in this rapidly changing era.
- Personnel management It is constantly changing and adapting in response to society and technology. By allowing personnel to grow Develop yourself appropriately and to the utmost benefit.
- Budget management Technology is used in budget management. Tracking and planning to be able to manage budgets in an efficient way and support digital learning with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- General administration It guides school administration towards actual practice. To provide a vision and action plan for the school. Achieve your goals more efficiently and effectively.
The knowledge discovered from this research will serve as a conditions and guidelines for school administration in the digital age of the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. These findings can be implemented to shape the conditions and approaches to school administration in the digital age, leveraging technology and digital media to adeptly oversee the school in response to the contemporary shifts in our world.
