Doing Academic Work for Social Service in the Field of Music

Abstract

At present, doing academic work for social service in the field
study of music is still controversial and there are no clear guidelines for
both methods and publications. How to do academic work for social
services for music branches? How to make and distribute the work? This
article aims to present how to do academic contributions to society for
music.
The results are as follows. Firstly, doing academic work for social
services is a new requirement of the Civil Service Commission of Higher
Education Institutions (APC) in 2013. Secondly, the method of doing
academic work for social services is based on 7 frameworks and on the
diffusion to the wide public. In conclusion, doing academic work for
social services in the field of music can be conducted accordingly to the
proposed frameworks. Especially, the applicant must really conduct in
the field and publish the results both in the target area and academic
circles.
