Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the citizenship in democracy of Public Administration students, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University and to compare the citizenship in democracy of Public Administration students, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University as classified by personal factors. The research samples consisted of 184 regular students in Public Administration Program. The research instrument was a questionnaire with its reliability was at 0.89. The data collection used in the research was a questionnaire. Statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Sample) and F-test (One Way ANOWA).


         The research results were as follows: the citizenship in democracy of Public Administration students, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University in the overall and each aspect were at a high level. Sorting the average from highest to lowest was the aspect of respecting rules, following by the aspect of respecting for others and the aspect of social responsibility respectively. The comparison of the citizenship in democracy of Public Administration students, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University found that Public Administration students who had sex, grades, parental income Educational level of parents and participation in different political activities were not different in democratic citizenship. In addition, the research suggestion should promote the acceptance of others' opinions, be aware of the equality of expression of all people equally. It did not discriminate on the level of education.
